Removing broken or damaged glass has to be done carefully — without damaging the track, frame, seals, or headliner around it. Cracked or shattered glass is often under tension, so it takes the right technique to get it out clean.
Once the new glass is in, it has to be installed and aligned correctly so it sits flush, seals properly, and moves the way it should. We check the seal and test the operation before the vehicle leaves our shop. If your glass is only chipped, that’s still a replacement — chipped sunroof glass isn’t something that gets safely repaired the way a windshield chip can; it gets replaced with the correct panel for your vehicle.
